Service and scope
These terms describe WAAPS, provided by WELL SOFTWARE LLC. The account holder must be authorised to act for their business. The plan, price, interval and allowances expressly presented at purchase determine the order's scope.
No charges are taken against marketing prices before the dashboard and live payments launch. Unreleased features cannot be purchased as available services.
Free trial
A new free trial lasts 7 days from trial activation and includes the first single-page website generation. No payment card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Trial publication may be removed when it expires; expiry does not itself mean all site data is immediately deleted.
Free AI access is limited to the initial generation. AI editing, SEO and additional page generation require an active paid subscription. Manual content editing does not spend AI credits. Verification and abuse controls apply; opening another account or site does not grant unlimited trials.
Prices, currency and billing
Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the full year; the annual monthly equivalent is not a separate monthly payment option.
The total, including applicable taxes and any separately selected services, is disclosed before payment approval. Your bank's exchange rate or card fees may be separate from the USD service price. The three plans are displayed for product preview. When purchases open, plan allowances and the total charge will be presented for your approval; paid sales are currently closed.

Renewal and cancellation
When live sales open, the subscription you approve at checkout renews automatically at your selected monthly or annual interval unless cancelled. A free trial does not incur automatic charges.
Cancelling a paid subscription schedules cancellation for the end of the current paid period. Once completed, it stops the next renewal while preserving access until the current period ends. Use the subscription area of the dashboard or, once support is activated, contact support. Cancellation alone is not a refund.
AI operations and your content
The credit price of a billable AI operation is shown before it starts. The outcome and any credit refund can be reviewed in the operation history. Credit allowances and expiry follow the plan disclosed at purchase; usage is not unlimited.
You must have the necessary rights to the content and images you upload. Check AI output for accuracy, intellectual property, personal data, business details and suitability before publication. No particular search ranking, sales result or error-free AI output is guaranteed. Publishing is a separate step from editing.
Domains, email and digital delivery
Domain registration, renewal and mailbox purchases are not included unless expressly stated in your plan. Provider, duration, quantity, renewal conditions and any additional charge are disclosed before purchase. Third-party services also follow their own eligibility and technical requirements.
Generation and publication status are shown in the dashboard; a failed job is not completed delivery. Payments, domain and email services launch after their real-provider acceptance checks. No physical products or shipping are involved.
Security, rights and changes
Keep account access secure. Fraud, malicious content, unlawful activity or infringement may result in proportionate access restrictions. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
Material commercial terms approved at purchase are not silently changed retroactively. Significant changes affecting later periods are disclosed in accordance with applicable notice requirements. Refunds and withdrawal rights are addressed on the Cancellation and Refunds page.

WAAPS is provided by WELL SOFTWARE LLC. Use the designated support address for account, billing, cancellation and privacy requests. Include your account email and an invoice or transaction reference where relevant; never send passwords, full card details or API keys.
