Voluntary refund guarantee
WAAPS does not offer a general satisfaction or unconditional money-back guarantee beyond statutory rights. This does not exclude reviews of billing errors, duplicate charges, undelivered or defective services, or applicable withdrawal and refund rights.
Business and consumer transactions may have different protections. Mandatory statutory rights remain in force and no provision is interpreted to remove them.
Cancelling a subscription
Paid cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal. An annual plan's monthly equivalent does not represent a separate monthly purchase. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund or prorated refund for unused time, subject to applicable statutory rights.
When payments launch, complete cancellation in the dashboard's subscription area and check its status. Contact support if you encounter a problem. Live paid sales are currently closed.
Billing errors and service issues
For duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges, or a service you did not receive, provide your account email, transaction date, invoice reference and a description. We review records and the provider's result. Approved or legally required refunds are returned through the relevant payment transaction.
The time for an approved refund to appear depends on the processor and bank. Any mandatory legal deadlines take precedence.
Withdrawal rights and separately purchased services
Consumer withdrawal rights and exceptions for services or digital content depend on the transaction and applicable law. Starting to use a service does not itself waive every statutory right. We do not assume automatic loss of withdrawal rights without any required express request, disclosures and consent for early performance.
Separately approved domain registrations, renewals and mailboxes are reviewed according to delivery status and provider terms. A completed domain registration is not assumed to be automatically reversible. Mandatory refund and defective-service rights remain protected.

WAAPS is provided by WELL SOFTWARE LLC. Use the designated support address for account, billing, cancellation and privacy requests. Include your account email and an invoice or transaction reference where relevant; never send passwords, full card details or API keys.
