The WAAPS marketing frontend does not add advertising or analytics tracking code. Interface animations do not require tracking permission for those purposes. Cloudflare may process technical request information for delivery and abuse protection; security cookies may be used depending on circumstances.

Dashboard and communication features

When the dashboard opens, it may use a secure session cookie (__Host-wab_session), account preferences and necessary workflow storage. On customer websites with visitor messaging enabled, a site-bound secret may be stored locally to resume a conversation from the same browser; it expires after 30 days of inactivity.

This identifier is not used to track a visitor across all customer sites. Clearing browser data may sign you out or remove access to an earlier conversation. Tags added by a business to its own site must be explained in that site's notices.

Your controls

You can manage cookies and site storage in browser settings. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, they will not be enabled before applicable permission requirements are met. This page does not promise a cookie-preference panel that does not currently exist.

WAAPS is provided by WELL SOFTWARE LLC. Use the designated support address for account, billing, cancellation and privacy requests. Include your account email and an invoice or transaction reference where relevant; never send passwords, full card details or API keys.
